ONCE YOU HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBSCRIBE TO OUR SERVICE AGAIN.

To send us your refund request, follow the below steps:

  • Use the same mail address that you used to purchase our service and you can also contact us via our website’s contact page, a ticket in your account, or an email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please pay the exact amount that our subscription price is. Excessive payments intentionally or unintentionally are not refundable. This is difficult to handle due to our extra orders and huge customer handles. If necessary, you can pay 1 dollar less than our price, but do not pay extra. Many pay euros or pounds instead of dollars. So be careful please.

         MONTHLY PLAN

  • Any refund request made within 3 days from the subscription start date will receive a 70% refund.
  • After that, refund request will not be accepted. If any problem is faced, it will be resolved subject to discussion (Any issues).

         QUARTERLY PLAN

  • Any refund request made within 5 days from the subscription start date will receive a 70% refund.
  • After that, refund request will not be accepted. If any problem is faced, it will be resolved subject to discussion (Any issues).

          HALF-YEARLY PLAN

  • Any refund request made within 6 days from the subscription start date will receive a 70% refund.
  • After that, refund request will not be accepted. If any problem is faced, it will be resolved subject to discussion (Any issues).

          YEARLY PLAN

  • Any refund request made within 7 days from the subscription start date will receive a 70% refund.
  • After that, refund request will not be accepted. If any problem is faced, it will be resolved subject to discussion (Any issues).
